HIGH-QUALITY PROCESSING, RIGHT DOWN TO THE SMALLEST DETAIL
- Seams: All Kushitani combis are manufactured with reinforced seams. A high-performance nylon fibre is used for this. The pieces are sewn together in such a way that, in the event of an accident, the asphalt will not have any grip and will therefore not get a chance to rip any leather sections or wear out any seams.
Lining: All Kushitani combis include a functional DuPont Coolmax® lining. The unique structure of this material allows rapid removal of sweat from the skin. This lining can be removed and washed.

- Ventilation / perforation: The one-piece Kushitani suits have a sophisticated ventilation system. Kushitani was the first leather manufacturer to invent the use of this ventilation system and receive a patent for it (patent number 1810470).
Comfortable to wear: Kushitani uses flat seams as much as possible in areas of movement. This is naturally only done in places that do not run a 'crash risk'. This is especially obvious around the arm and leg insets, the elbows and the crutch, which are very comfortable to wear. The seams are extremely thin and pleasant.
- Leather quality: Kushitani leather suits are only made from first-class Holstein or Kobe leather. The leather is one of the greatest secrets of the high-quality level of Kushitani. Comfortable flexibility and elasticity on the one hand, and extreme firmness of fit and tear-resistance on the other!
- K-foam protection: Fantastic shock absorbance. Individually adjustable to the anatomy of the rider and hardly noticeable. This shock absorbance can be demonstrated with the two balls in the K-foam demo kit (art. no. 993.000).
- Armpit structure: The position of the armpits and their structure is an example of an important detail with regard to comfort. The entire arm has been pre-shaped in the riding position. The armpits with their generous Schoeller®-Keprotec® inserts are unusual for a sports combi, but very comfortable.
- Zips: For its sports combis, Kushitani exclusively uses metal YKK zips. These have the best quality.
